About Torrevieja
Torrevieja sits on the southern coast of Alicante province, on Spain's Costa Blanca. It has around 80,000 registered residents and one of the largest international communities in the country, with long-established British, Scandinavian and Belgian populations. The town is best known for its two salt lagoons, La Mata and Torrevieja, protected as a natural park.
