Taxes and fees: for resale homes, transfer tax (ITP) in the Valencia region is 10%; for new builds, 10% VAT plus stamp duty. With notary, land registry and conveyancing, budget an extra 11-13% on top of the price.

Signing before the notary: the public title deed is granted and the keys handed over.

After the purchase: utility transfers, IBI council tax registration and, if needed, rental management. We support you in this phase too.
