About Punta Prima
Punta Prima sits right on the border between Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, facing the sea. It has its own beach, a seafront promenade and a mix of front-line buildings and urbanisations a little further back. It is one of the few areas in the south with a fair amount of property with genuine sea views.
It works well for year-round living and for holiday rental thanks to the closeness to the beach and to Torrevieja.
