How can I buy a property in Spain as a foreigner?
You do not need to be a resident: you only need an NIE and, if financing, a Spanish bank account. We guide you through the whole process in Spanish, English, French and Russian.
Which areas of the Costa Blanca do you cover?
We mainly work in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Punta Prima and Alicante, with villas, townhouses, apartments and penthouses in each area.
