International estate agency Fine & Country have expanded their global reach with the opening of a new office in Costa Blanca. Fine & Country Costa Blanca South, which is located in the prestigious area of Punta Prima between the towns of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, has officially opened and joined the network of estate agents in over 300 locations worldwide, furthering the brand’s expansion in Spain.
On 1 March 2016, Fine & Country Costa Blanca South celebrated the inauguration of their new offices with colleagues and friends. Elena Ivanova, Managing Director of Fine & Country Costa Blanca South, said: “This year marks 10 years since I began managing Bennecke Estate Agent. The event on 1 March was an important milestone for myself as a real estate professional and for our company. We were honoured to have had so many friends and colleagues join us on such an important day as we embark upon the new adventure.”
Those that attended the launch included, leading developers on the coast, bank representatives, local tennis and golf clubs, a representative of the local Rotary Clubs and a high number of local estate agents that they collaborate with. Fine & Country Costa Blanca South list many properties on exclusive contracts and these companies use this to offer to their clients. Famous shoe designer Beverly Feldman also attended the event.
“I admire the strength of the brand and how we can attract a certain type of customers that we couldn’t before. My vision of the future is to consolidate the brand locally and then think of expanding to another area on the coast. I feel that the Fine & Country brand will give us an opportunity to work with a higher end customer, which is something we have been wanting to achieve for a few years. At the same time, we are sure that through our collaboration with the UK offices we can find a higher number of customers for our product,” concludes Elena.
