Paramount Pictures have chosen the Region of Murcia to be the location of their first theme park in Spain.

The Region of Murcia was selected due to its proximity to the Costa del Sol and also 3 international airports all within 1 hour drive to the Region. Also the climate, with average temperatures of 18 degrees and 325 days of sunshine every year makes it the perfect location for an all year round theme park in Spain and Europe. Paramount
