New Property Sales in Spain Reach Their Highest Level since 2013

<p>The Spanish property market closed the year with a milestone that has not been seen for over a decade: sales of new-build properties climbed to record levels, reaching their highest since 2013.</p> <p>According to the latest data from the Spanish National Statistics Institute, 69,418 property sales were made in October, 51.3% higher than the same month the previous year and the highest monthly figure since May 2007.
