Just one week to sell a property
During the first week of September we were entrusted with the sale of an apartment located in La Entrada at the Punta Prima Beach Resort. On account of our vast experience in marketing properties in this area, the following the week the apartment was sold to an overseas client. Added to our experience, the apartment was in a great location within the complex and it was in pristine condition. Naturally the owners of the apartment were delighted with result as were we. This also reflects on our commitment to provide our clients with the best service possible.
This apartment was under an exclusivity agreement for a period of 6 months. However we also take on properties on a non-exclusivity basis. We endeavour to adapt to our clients needs where possible to ensure the utmost satisfaction. During the contract period of exclusivity, we use every means at our disposal to ensure a prompt sale, using proven methods of marketing, plus a network of international collaborators.
