May 28, 2008Our Aftersales – Team Emma and Noelia are always working hard to help our clients with all their concerns and questions. They hardly ever get credit for it, it is just what they do. I think sometimes we take all their efforts too much for granted. I share an office with them, so I can see on a daily basis how hard they have to work to sort out mortgages, arrange hotels, car rentals, insurances, notary appointments and so on. All that in up to 4 different languages. Often they are under a lot of stress but I have never known them to let it show infront of clients. Emma for example is the most helpful and patient person I know. I could never do her job. So every now and then it is nice to get a little credit. Yesterday evening a client, that bought in La Recoleta II left her a big bunch of flowers, a card and a bag full of chocolates just to say thank you. For us at BENNECKE that means, that we have achieved our primary aim: complete customer satisfaction.
