Open House in Las Filipinas, Orihuela Costa

On Thursday December 21st Bennecke held its last major Open House event of 2017. The day was held in a luxurious villa located in the urbanization Las Filipinas, Orihuela Costa.

During the course of the afternoon Bennecke’s customers, collaborators and partners accompanied by a delicious appetiser had an opportunity to tour this beautiful villa of 130 m² with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; appreciate the excellent views that open from its spacious solarium of 35 m² and share time around the private pool ideal for the summer period.

Our Managing Director Elena Ivanova dedicated a few minutes of her time to thank all attendees for their visit and highlighted the importance of “presenting the product exclusively for both clients and collaborators through events like these that help us share experiences and better know the current market. ”

On the other hand, Tatiana Gusak, Director of the Rentals Department explained the advantages of investing in the area of ​​Alicante noting that “the Costa Blanca is in the 4th position of the most profitable areas of Spain for long-term rentals.”

She also added that for vacation rentals “the demand continues to grow due to both economic and sociodemographic factors” and “currently almost 100% occupancy may be guaranteed for summer months.” Bennecke offers a comprehensive service and elevated occupancy numbers both in summer and other seasons of the year.

Juan Ignacio Hernández, Head of Administration, Accounting and Aftersales, informed the attendees about the different types of insurance provided by Bennecke. Emphasising policies for vacation rentals Juan explained that “our company offers the possibility of contracting a specific insurance for vacation rentals due to the fact that standard home insurance does not cover civil liability damages”.

All the guests were presented with detailed information about the exclusive property, about Bennecke and a short calculation of possible returns for the villa.

To end the big event a small raffle was held. The winner will enjoy a SPA session for two at the Hotel Doña Montse.
