Situation of the real estate market in the Valencia Region
In the first seven months of the year, the Valencian Community has experienced a remarkable turnaround in the property market, with sales surpassing those of Catalonia and Madrid, accumulating 59,917 transactions according to the INE. This figure represents 16.4% of the national market, reflecting the intense competition between buyers, with properties selling quickly and even before they hit the market.
This is further accentuated by the adoption of new technologies and virtual tools. More and more clients are interested in making remote visits to view properties.
